Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for consulting services, strategy sessions, or custom work.
Refunds on Digital Downloads
Refunds on digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, templates, guides) will only be considered in cases where:
- The customer can prove the digital download was not received.
- A technical issue prevents access to the file.
To request a refund for a digital download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with supporting details. If approved, a refund or replacement download will be provided.
No Refunds for Satisfaction Issues
We do not offer refunds simply because a customer is unsatisfied with a digital product. All product descriptions are clear, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to review the details before purchase.
